Refunds & Exchanges:

Refunds and /or exchange requests will only be reviewed if the request was done within 30days from the date of purchase. 

For an item to be eligible for a refund or exchange the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was purchased. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, the following products are not refundable or exchangeable unless the items were damaged in transit:

  • Original Fine Art
  • Canvas Prints
  • Gift Cards
  • Colouring E-Book
  • Special Request Items
  • Custom Wall Paper

To complete the refund or exchange we will require the receipt of the original purchase.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any cash refunds. 

Items purchased at a special sale price will be refunded in the form of a gift card for the value of the original special sale price. 

Refunds will only be applicable to the item/s on the sales receipt, and not for any shipping costs charged.

We will refund or exchange damaged or defective items and take responsibility for the delivery charges involved if items were damaged in transit or were defective because of our negligence.

You are responsible for delivery charges involved should you wish to return or exchange items for other reasons than damages or defects.

Cancellation of an order after the payment was received will result in store credit or a gift card for the value of the items. If items were already dispatched cancellation will not be possible.
