    Hidden charges

    Paid over £100 for the prints which are lovely. However, was unaware that l would need to pay an extra €32 on receiving the prints. There was nowhere on the website that any extra charges would have to be made and paying over £100 for a few prints and cards was expensive enough. Silly me thinking that this amount of money for such few items (10) did NOT cover all costs. Had l have known of extra hidden charges at this end l would never have ordered them. For this reason l am very disappointed. The website should state somewhere that other costs maybe charged.

    You are correct that the extra €33.10 was likely for import taxes, which can sometimes apply to international shipments.
