Prodigal Son

Prodigal Son is an original acrylic painting by Maria Magdalena Oosthuizen.

A strong, scarred hand reaches back and holds on, leading the way toward the light on the shore. Inspired by the parable of the Prodigal Son (Luke 15), it speaks of the grace that runs to meet us and walks every wandering heart home.

This one-of-a-kind painting measures 600mm wide x 900mm high.
